When the David was born,
Her world untorn,
Not all knew what to do.
She captured some souls,
Although neither were bold,
Her own spirit they'd misconstrue.
As time did pass,
She would out last,
The critics that ridicule so smooth.
Some did wonder,
What drove her asunder,
The Divinity that they once knew.
The query here,
Is to abate the fear,
The faith knowing Divinity so true.
